WHAT IS THE AIM OF THE COURSE?
You will have a full grasp of how computers work after this course. Ever listened to a conversation where technicians start using PC jargon, and the rest of us stand there with confused expressions?...
Well after completing the A+ course, you'll be able to participate in such conversations and know what they're actually talking about. You'll be able to troubleshoot PC problems, which makes the already long list of job opportunities only longer. And you'll be able to work for yourself , building and repairing PC's, or get a job as a PC technician at a company. On average you could be earning a salary of ± R12 000 p/m. You could also get yourself a certification and title by writing the CompTIA exams at New Horizons!
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Anyone persuing a career in computers should attend this course.
Individuals in careers that require IT knowledge outside of the formal IT job role, such as SMB office manager, technical sales roles or other non-technical roles that require understanding of computer repair issues may also find the validation of skills associated with the CompTIA A+ credential to be valuable.
