WHAT IS THE AIM OF THE COURSE?

PowerPoint - Level 1

In the past, you have used paper-based overhead systems to give presentations. Now, you want to upgrade those presentations to an electronic format. You can use Microsoft® Office PowerPoint® to give electronic presentations. In this course, students will create effective basic PowerPoint presentations for delivery in front of an audience.

PowerPoint - Level 2

As a Microsoft Office PowerPoint user familiar with the basics, you're able to convey information clearly without much glitz. That's okay, but you can do better-audiences expect more than the basics. In this course, you will enhance presentations with features that will transform basic presentations into those with a powerful means of communication.

This PowerPoint course is intended for businesss and home users of MicroSoft PowerPoint that need to produce effective presentations using this popular software.

In support of your learning, New Horizons provides reinforcement tools to increase retention of the course material and move you further along your learning lifecycle. From hands-on practice to study aides and resources, we supply you with the tools necessary to enhance your New Horizons Integrated Learning experience.

Learners may elect to write the International Microsoft and CompTIA examinations at New Horizons' Authorised Prometric Testing Centre. The costs for International exams are not included in the course fees.
